When your day has been overwhelming because you’ve spent it chasing little people while social distancing or staring at a computer screen for countless hours trying to work from home with your significant other, cooking is usually the last thing that you really want to do. In the spirit of camaraderie + to hopefully ease some of your mealtime pain, I’ve compiled a list of 20 quick + easy recipes for tired cooks.
These recipes range from breakfast to dinner, savoury + sweet with all sorts of in-betweens. I’ve tried to choose quick and easy recipes with realistic ingredients lists + killer flavours. Plus, as always, they’re all real food based.
You’ll see some of my favourite bloggers in the list below, along with some of my best recipes too. I hope you find this helpful!
