Whole30 Ground Beef and Broccoli
This Whole30 Ground Beef and Broccoli comes together in one pan in less than 15 minutes. It's Whole30, Paleo + Keto, but it's so hearty + delicious, you'll never know! The spicy maco sauce adds the perfect amount of zing.

Beef and Broccoli
- 2 tbsp avocado oil can use olive or coconut too!
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 large head broccoli roughly 4 cups
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos can also use soy sauce or tamari!
- 1 tsp sesame oil**
- 2 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar rice wine vinegar or white vinegar work too!
Spicy Chili Lime Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup avocado oil mayonnaise
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 tsp chili pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Beef and Broccoli
In a small bowl, mix together the coconut aminos, chopped garlic, sesame oil, fish sauce and vinegar. Stir to combine and set aside.
Heat a large skillet to medium/high heat and add the ground beef.
Begin to break apart the beef and cook until its golden brown. Remove from the pan.
Add 2 tablespoons oil to the hot pan along with the broccoli florets. Toss the broccoli and cook it until its tender crisp.
Add the beef back to the broccoli and stir.
Pour the sauce over the meat and broccoli and stir until everything is coated. Turn off the heat.
Top with a generous dollop of Spicy Chili Lime Mayo and enjoy!
- you can leave out the sesame oil if you don't have it, but I suggest adding in another tablespoon of vinegar or the juice of a lime to make up for it!
