Paleo No Bake Brownie Bites
These brownie bites are quick, easy + delish. They're gluten, grain, dairy + refined sugar free, but they taste like a decadent treat. (They've even been compared to Perfect bars - win!)

Wet Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cashew butter (or almond or peanut!)
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or honey)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract optional
Dry Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder or cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup chopped chocolate or chocolate chips!
In a medium sized bowl, stir together the nut butter, maple syrup + vanilla extract.
Once the wet ingredients are combined, add the almond flour, cacao + salt. Mix until everything comes together in one ball of "dough". It can be a bit stiff, but stick with it! Don't add any more liquid, just keep stirring, it'll come together - promise!
Lastly, stir in the chocolate chips or chunks.
Form into balls + top with sea salt flakes OR eat straight from the bowl with a spoon. Enjoy!
