Paleo Apple and Honey Glazed Ham
This super simple Paleo Apple and Honey Glazed Ham is just what you want on your holiday table. It's sweet, salty + all sorts of flavourful from the apple juice and mustard! It's such a winner.

- 4-6 lb smoked ham
- 2 cups apple juice
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. With a sharp knife, score the skin of the ham into a diamond pattern. Place the ham in a baking dish and place in the oven to bake for 1-1.5 hours, depending on the size, until warmed through and golden brown on top.
In a saucepan on the stove, combine the apple juice, honey, apple cider vinegar and Dijon.
Bring to a slow simmer and cook for 30 minutes or until the reduces by half and begins to get thick.
Once the ham is heated through, brush the sauce over the outside. Place back in the oven for 10 minutes to brown the glaze.
Serve sliced thinly with extra glaze on the side for drizzling!
