Salted Caramel Syrup
- 1 can full fat coconut milk
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Latte
- 1 espresso shot or cup of strong coffee
- desired amount of non-dairy milk
To make the Salted Caramel Syrup
Add the coconut sugar, coconut milk and salt to a saucepan.
Place over medium heat and bring to a boil.
Once it reaches a boil, immediately turn the temperature to low and allow to simmer for 45 minutes until thickened.
Once it's off the heat, stir in the vanilla extract.
