maple syrup

I prefer dark, but use whatever you like!
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350f or 165c + grab a baking dish! I love to use a 9x13, but you can choose whatever you like.
In a large bowl, add the dry ingredients and mix.
In a separate bowl, add the wet ingredients and whisk them together. Mash the bananas + whisk them into the wet ingredients.
Add the wet to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
Add the chopped strawberries and chocolate (reserving a few pieces for the top, if you like) and stir.
Pour the oatmeal mixture into your baking pan and top with reserved strawberries and chocolate.
Bake for 40 minutes or until set and golden.
